About the Development & Applications

Nethery Planning is providing land use planning and public consultation support to the owner and applicant, LSR Burke Inc., of 128 Burke Street.

LSR Burke Inc. is preparing to submit a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to permit a 19-unit street townhouse development on the property. The 19 units will be separated into three blocks of six or seven units each. The rear half of the property would be retained as a future development block adjacent to the unopened portion of Beaulieu Drive.

Time and Date of Statutory Public Meeting

The Town will provide notice of the Statutory Public Meeting once a complete application has been submitted.
